Our beneficiaries are people with mental health problems and their friends and family as well as concerned others.


We provide a number of services aimed at our beneficiaries and which offer emotional support and help with exploring options. These include a telephone helpline, SANEline which is open every evening.  We also have an internet mutual support group called the Support Forum which is available 24/7. Our textcare service means that people can request up to 5 texts as a support. We also have a call back service which is offered as a way of providing extra support to callers.
