Sanctuary on Sea works to make Brighton and Hove a #cityofsanctuary where refugees, asylum seekers & all seekers of sanctuary feel welcome and included. City of Sanctuary is a national network, a movement of local groups made up by businesses, community organisations and individuals, all with one thing in common; their belief that sanctuary seekers should be welcomed, and that their contribution to society should be celebrated.
Sanctuary on Sea works with and supports different refugee communities in and around Brighton year-round. It also serves as an umbrella organisation for the many local volunteer organisations set up to help refugee communities.
