S.A.M.E was founded by David Alexander and Jean-Luc Bressard-Kayode, two Londoners whose dream was to create a movement which in 5 years bought about the end to inequality and discrimination in our society.

An ambitious vision and objective many have said, but it is only visionary thinking and ambition that these levels of inequality will ever truly be eradicated in society. 

We often hear in diversity gatherings that talking about discrimination on the grounds of gender, colour, religion or sexual orientation are difficult conversations to have. They are not, nor should they be difficult conversations.
