We provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone that approaches us on their rights and responsibilities. We value diversity; we promote equality and challenge discrimination.
Our staff and volunteers provide face to face advice from a range of locations across the city, over the telephone and via email. We provide advice about a wide range of issues including welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment rights and consumer issues. We have a number of special projects including provision of advice to users of the local drug and alcohol service, co-ordinating local foodbanks and a health and wellbeing advice service.
