Objectives

Citizens Advice Runnymede and Spelthorne provides free, confidential, impartial and independent advice across both Boroughs to anyone who needs our help. We also campaign for change to prevent problems happening in the first place.

During 2014/15, Citizens Advice Runnymede and Spelthorne helped over 4,000 people with over 16,000 issues by providing advice on a wide range of topics, including welfare benefits, debt, housing, relationship matters and employment.

We make a real difference to our communities and our fundamental aim is to help ‘the people of Runnymede and Spelthorne successfully deal with life’s problems’.
