Objectives

We are a separately registered charity to the national RSPCA, and are responsible for raising funds locally to help animals in the Shropshire area, and animals who come in through the national RSPCA’s Inspectors. We raise money through fundraising events, donations and legacies, with the support of volunteers across the Branch area.

We have cats and kittens available for adoption, and offer advice and support to the public by telephone calls to our branch line and via email.

Activities

The services we offer include:

  • Rehabilitation and rehoming of cats brought to us by RSPCA Inspectors
  • General enquiries
  • Financial assistance towards neutering dogs for people on means-tested benefits
  • Emergency veterinary financial assistance for people on means-tested benefits

We also hold regular fundraising events to fund the work that we do.
