The objectives of the Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Service South Buckinghamshire Charitable Incorporated Organisations are:
1) To offer counselling, advice and support to individuals who have been affected by or suffer the physical, mental and emotional distress of sexual abuse, sexual violence and rape at anytime in their life.
2) To promote education and research and raise awareness on the subject of sexual abuse, sexual violence and rape, its effects whether mental, physical, emotional or social for the benefit of the public good.
Telephone helpline with a 24-hour answer machine 7days a week. Calls returned within 24 hours
Advocacy, Befriending & support to attend appointments (e.g. Health, Housing, Social Services)
Information about sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy testing and abortion
Support for non-abusing partners, friends or relatives of a woman who has been raped or abused
Emotional support via telephone or email and Face-to-face & telephone counselling
