Robin Hood Multi Academy Trust was officially formed in July 2016 and currently has five schools within the Trust: Cedars Academy, Robin Hood Academy, Ulverley School, Yenton Primary and Birches Green Junior school. In the past five years, Robin Hood MAT has specialised in school-to-school support and through our Multi Academy Trust, has ensured that we create lasting partnerships and build exceptional learning experiences for children within our Trust and further afield.
The strongest driver for Robin Hood Multi Academy Trust is that of moral compass – we care deeply about the education of children and in particular in creating a learning experience that nurtures and develops independent thinking. We want children to leave our schools with views and opinions of the world. We want them to leave with a level of resilience. We want them to leave with their own strong moral compass. We want them to be ready to create positive change in the world. It is also of paramount importance that as a Trust we create a wider impact and legacy through helping to improve the life chances of children within the UK as well as within Robin Hood MAT.
