Objectives

Richmond AID Spade is our award-winning gardening service which provides basic gardening maintenance to disabled and older people in the borough. A team of talented volunteer gardeners carry out tasks who are dedicated to conserving the local environment and to enabling disabled people to get the most out of their garden.  Volunteers carry out tasks such as weeding, mowing the lawn, pruning and raking leaves.

What the service provides

Richmond AID Spade works with clients who benefit from help in the garden. A volunteer visits the garden to help clear it up of overgrown plants, grass, and weeds.
