Rhythms of Life is a London homeless charity. Every day, 365 days of the year, our amazing volunteers hit London’s streets to help those in need. As well as providing meals, clothes, toiletries, and sleeping bags, we also strive to provide a friendly ear whenever needed. Being proactive allows us to tailor our services to the real needs of the homeless.
Rhythms of Life was founded in 2008 by Andrew Faris. A former rough-sleeper of 6 years, he strongly felt that his fellow friends needed help, and, most importantly, that this help could be provided more effectively by someone who deeply understood their daily struggles and needs. As a result of Andrew’s perseverance and commitment, and with the invaluable help of our partners and volunteers, Rhythms of Life has been able to feed London’s rough-sleepers every day for the past ten years.
Our main aim is to provide healthy and nutritious meals, toiletries, clothing and sleeping bags to London’s homeless. We also offer classes in literacy, IT, life skills and art. We firmly believe that everyone deserves a second chance to rebuild their lives. Our charity is run solely by volunteers and we rely on donations and the help of our charity partners to maintain our services.
