Geographical remit:

Reviving the Heart of the West End is dedicated to supporting local people to get into work, self-employment or start their own business.

Life is tough and people are facing more and more complex challenges.
With competing priorities and a lack of awareness of genuine and meaningful opportunities, we see more and more people feeling forced into making reactive and uninformed choices about work and careers.

EXPLORE START GROW helps people reflect on what matters to them, feel able to start taking control, and be confident about making change in their lives.

Our EXPLORE START GROW programme activities include 1:1 support, courses, workshops and practical experiences to equip people with the skills and knowledge of the industry you really want to work in or fulfil a dream of working for yourself and running your own business.

Peeling back the layers and setting goals to work at the person’s own pace, we help to navigate opportunities, yet for most of us change is very scary.

Our Personal Coaches build trust and believe there is no limit to what can be achieved.

By supporting people to unlock personal capacity and aspiration, we see confidence start to grow as they realise their own potential and feel able to take steps forward to finding the right pathway for success.

We want to see a world in which people’s lives are not limited.
