Objectives

Research Autism is the only charity exclusively dedicated to research into interventions. We are committed to improving lives through producing unbiased, evidence-based information on a wealth of autism treatments and therapies. We empower individuals and families to make safe, informed decisions.

Activities

Our organisation has three centres.

The Information Centre produces factsheets, runs online Q&As, and conferences, informing individuals, families and professionals on the latest in autism news and research relating to treatments and therapies.

Our website is visited by over 40,000 each month. Our Research Centre produces research addressing topics that really matter to the autism community. We tackle issues such as stress, sleep, employment, and quality of life.

Our Development Centre aims to turn research into practice. We are currently developing an online employment portal - to aid employers in successfully recruiting and retaining autistic employees and allowing individuals to reach their potential.
