Objectives

Renfrewshire Citizens Advice Bureau is a local, independent charity which provides free, impartial and confidential advice and information to give you the tools you need to sort out any issues or problems. We’re at the heart of the community and offer several services including, welfare, benefits, debt, hosuing, employment, legal and more.

We are a member of Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS) who support our bureau by providing management and fundraising expertise, plus resources like IT, tools and training. As a member of Citizens Advice Scotland we are dedicated to empowering our local communities and campaigning for change where it’s needed most.

The advice service we offer must always meet high national standards set by Citizens Advice Scotland. Our staff and volunteers undergo extensive training and have access to a wealth of resources, to provide you with the best quality, most up-to-date advice on a range of topics. At Renfrewshire Citizens Advice Bureau you’ll receive a professional service, every single time.

Activities

We provide free, impartial and confidential advice and information to give the people of Renfrewshire the tools needed to sort out any issues or problems. We’re at the heart of the community and offer several services including, welfare, benefits, debt, hosuing, employment, legal and more. 

We support over 4000 people a year helping them achive over £2million in financial gains and help people bring many thousands of pounds more of debt under control.
