Relate provides counselling for couples, individuals, families and children and young people. We also offer psychosexual therapy that supports people who may be having problems in their sex life.

We support people to improve mental well being, build self-awareness and resilience, to ensure they are not further disadvantaged by the challenges they face in their lives.
Our counselling is offered online, by telephone and face-to-face, whichever best suits the client’s needs.
Relate’s objectives in achieving its aim are:
• To provide counselling to support people to make changes, where needed, for them to engage in committed and loving relationships that benefit themselves, their family and society.
• To deliver an inclusive and high-quality service that is relevant at every stage of life.
• To improve understanding of the importance of healthy relationships by promoting Relate’s work at forums, events and through the media.
• To improve access to psychological therapies for those most in need and least able to afford them.
