Objectives

Vision The vision of Relate West Surrey is a future where healthy relationships form the heart of a thriving society.

MissionTo: develop and support healthy relationships by:

Helping couples, families and individuals to make relationships work better
Providing counselling services to both young people (as part of CAMHS) and adults
Helping both the public and policy makers improve their understanding of relationships and what makes them flourish.

ScaleApproximately 5000 hours of counselling are provided each year, delivered by a group of 25 to 30 counsellors.

Activities

Provides qualified counselling skills to enable those having difficult personal relationships to reach a satisfactory resolution to the issues faced. This involves a wide range of situations covering couple relationships, situations within the family, difficulties faced by young people in relationships within the family or outside. We have counsellors experienced in handling all of these situations.
