Objectives

Regeneration NE Community Interest Company provides creative interventions to support the mental and physical wellbeing of people in the North East of England. We are particularly concerned with groups who are marginalised by disabling health conditions, low income and/ or rural isolation.

Activities

Regular activities include monthly art classes for the elderly residents of a Durham Care Home, and weekly art classes for people with mental health diagnoses in the City of Sunderland. We do not take a fee for these. We also work to support Disabled emerging artists. Currently, we are employing 2 artists to deliver clay workshops for disabled people and their carers.
