Geographical remit:

To advance understanding and appreciation of the performing arts, including audio visual arts primarily but not exclusively, for the benefit of the public of Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Shropshire.

We are a trust committed to the Regal being a Cinema and Theatre providing exciting and appealing live performance whilst also being a hub of activity and central point for the local community. We encourage talent and capability both on stage and off stage. We are a venue much sought after for live shows, private hire, and above all be a place where customers, artists and volunteers love to come because of the warm welcome, camaraderie and facilities.

We have set up a successful Chidrens Theatre School now in its third year and have recently launched the Regal Community Theatre and Academy to promote amateur productions and master classes. Participants already take part in productions and are planning new productions in 2017/18.

We endeavour to be a friend for local business engaged in a mutually productive relationship. Our film screening caters to all tastes – new releases, themed festivals and educational groups. We intend to become a thriving provincial theatre known nationally in the business and located in an attractive part of the country increasingly being a must place to visit.
