Objectives

Redeemed Christian Church of God is a multi-ethnic and multi cultural faith group that believes in reaching out to all the members of our community in love. We embrace equality and diversity and believe that the place of a church in the community is far beyond just a place of worship and meeting people with common interests. As a result of this we created a community engagement platform tagged “Knowledge Pool”. To reach out to our community by organising events that brings long lasting benefits like seminar on apprenticeship for all and free online training; IT soft skills like the use of Microsoft packages like Excel, power point, Word etc. We also offer practical training in software testing both manual and automation, training in business analysis and project management skills. We volunteer at our local community library, Bawtry community library to serve the community  We support charities and individuals by making donations and helping out. The beneficiaries of our activities have been members of our community. Our apprenticeship seminar was so successful we had in attendance the Deputy Civic Mayor of Doncaster; Councillor Linda Curran, Bawtry Town Councillor; Alan Claypole, and the Councillor for Rossington and Bawtry; Councillor Racheal Blake in attendance. All highly impressed by the initiative.

Our objectives are:

Improve the number  of young people in our community that will be landing the career of their dream post formal education by discovering their interests and talents early in life and also provide adequate information on the career entry route for them.

We also aim to promote career satisfaction among adult and provide a way out for people in dead end jobs.

We also aim to reach out to small businesses in our community by organising informative events like seminar on GDPR or other government legislations they need to know about.
