Objectives

The Success for All Educational Trust is a Havering based trust which was established in January 2017 with Redden Court School as the lead school/sponsor and Mr Paul Ward as the Executive Headteacher.

The trust seeks to work with other schools in Havering from all sectors to improve outcomes and life chances for all students. We strongly believe that they should develop a culture which is inclusive, has safeguarding at its heart and believes that every student is capable of success. Teaching and Learning that is engaging and challenging for students is at the core of our ethos and we strongly believe this is a vital ingredient in improving schools.

Over the coming years we hope to share the success and improvement enjoyed at Redden Court and support other schools in their journey of development.

Activities

We aim to develop a community of aspirational and high achieving schools who will work with families to secure better futures for our students.

Our Trust aims to provide outstanding education for all students in our schools to best serve our communities.

Our Trust will be organic and will grow over time - our longer term aspiration is to work with providers in different educational phases.

Inclusivity is at the heart of all we do. With parents/carers we will inculcate respect for others in our students and we will do this because this is the right thing to do.

All of our schools will focus on the development of resilient, aspirational, independent learners who strive to achieve the highest possible levels of personal success.

Schools will collaborate in a strong and resilient, self-improving structure informed by best practice to provide the best outcomes for students and create local solutions.

We will be recognised as a regional and national networking hub which makes the best of our resources to be schools which ensure best practice and where staff are keen to develop their vocations.
