Objectives

REACH (Rehabilitation, Education, Assessment, Centre for Hippotherapy) provides Essex and the South East with much needed Hippotherapy and associated equine based therapies and rehabilitation techniques for Adults and Children suffering from a range of disabilities. We are also an accredited RDA (Riding for the Disabled Association) Centre. 

We provide high quality assessment and rehabilitation programmes, using trained horses, to give a treatment strategy for adults and children suffering with physical, mental, social and/or learning disabilities.  We use our clinically led approach and specialist centre to offer a unique combination of Physiotherapy, Hippotherapy, Equine Assisted Learning (ASDAN) and Pat Therapy (animal petting).

REACH caters for all ages (1 year onwards) and for a range of disabilities including cerebral palsy, down syndrome, developmental delay, spinal cord injury, brain Injuries, autism, learning disabilities and mental health disorders.
