Objectives

The objectives of Purley Youth Project are to contact and develop relationships with Young People  by providing an environment where the following objectives can flourish:

  • Creating trusting relationships with Young People through fun, discussion, informal education and activities. Using interesting lively ways of meeting their social and personal as well as their Spiritual needs.
  •  Enabling Young People to recognize their own worth and the contribution they can make to the life and welfare of the community in which they live and the wider society.
  • Assisting Young people to meet the pressures of current life and temptations of our modern fragmented society and forming their own moral standards.
  • Channelling their energies and enthusiasm in healthy pursuits.

Activities

Purley Youth Project  is  running the PYP Juniors Club with 60 to 80 children of age  group 07-13 years  attending each week and a very active fun program as well as arranging exciting outings.
