Objectives

Projects For All is a non-profit human rights organisation, based in the UK and USA. We were founded in 2013 on the principle that the best way to empower a community is to give them the lead role in their own development. That’s why every project we create is designed to be owned and operated by the community, thus allowing its people to be the instruments of their own progression.

Activities

  • At Project Hello World, we believe education is the birthright of every child – regardless of race, gender, religion or country of origin. But in developing countries, conventional schooling is too often unavailable or under-resourced. For those children, a new paradigm is the only answer. This is why we created Project Hello World.

Project Hello World works in partnership with communities to help build internet hubs, which are then owned and maintained by the communities themselves. This gives some of the world's poorest children the chance to learn digitally, and with that, the ability to create their future. Access to the web also means they can share their stories, play online with friends around the world and discover what it means to be a global citizen. A Hello Hub is a truly empowering resource for hungry young minds.

Our mission is to achieve the education of all children. Anything less is not acceptable.

  • Project Our Heroes identifies the members of developing communities who are the most committed and best-positioned to create change, and empowers them to do just that. The program provides these heroes with a basic salary so they can focus on addressing the urgent problems around them, without distraction or hardship.
