POSCH support parents of children who have a special education need or disability.
We are parent-led and are all volunteers.
We provide locally based support groups for parents to attend where they can get information, informal advice and emotional support from other parents who face the same issues as they do.
We also provide one to one support for those who don't like going along to a group and have remote information via our website and Facebook page, including a local directory of contacts and places to go for families who have a child with a special need.
We deliver information and training events when our funding allows.
Activities
We provide parent support groups: networking and opportunities for parents with children who have a special need or disability to meet and share with other parents in similar circumstances, access the information they need and take part in events.
