Objectives

Poised2Excel CIC is a well-being and social prescribing hub based in Gateshead, supporting and enabling underserved, marginalised, and BAME community members to overcome barriers to health and wellbeing. We host workshops for mental wellbeing, coffee mornings, and weekly sessions featuring empowered women guest speakers. We also operate a hair studio called Tina_Rose, providing a therapeutic space for women to feel confident and good about themselves.

Personalised Social Prescribing: Tailored support plans that connect individuals with local services and activities to improve overall well-being.
