The Plumstead Almshouses is a small successful charity on the borders of Plumstead Common in SE London. We have twenty historic apartments for persons over retirement age in housing need. Residents enjoy high standards of maintenance, shared gardens and a great sense of community! When homes are increasingly difficult to afford, the Plumstead Almshouses provides a fabulous option.
In order to provide the maximum benefit to the public, the Plumstead Almshouses tries to ensure all the apartments are let. We actively maintain - and sometimes improve - the property, consulting with residents at every stage. The charity has a healthy financial status and is looking to develop.
