For the public benefit, relief for those in need, by reason of age, ill-health, disability (including mental health and chronic pain/ illness) by way of improving mental health and well-being as a result of offering free, accessible movement sessions in Greater Manchester using the healing principles of yoga, movement and mindfulness to support sustainable coping strategies mentally and physically.
We offer free, accessible yoga and movement based sessions run by experienced and qualified facilitators. These sessions run weekly, and we hope to secure funding to ensure a regular space in which we can gather and cater to more access needs.
