Objectives

Pink Dynasty is an award winning social mobility initiative that supports the upward mobility of marginalised women who struggle to access job opportunities, such as:

Women struggling to cope with their economic circumstances
Women who experience multiple barriers due to their race, age, faith, sexual orientation, and gender identity

Our Mission is to empower marginalised women by:

Supporting women at all stages of their career
Advocating for gender equity and upward mobility in the workplace
Fundraising to create a hardship fund to support our most vulnerable members

Activities

Pink Dynasty’s work includes:

Advocacy - influencing companies to recruit for skills and potential over qualifications and polish
Action - offering mentoring, workshops, and consultancy services to help marginalised women access job opportunities and prepare for the workforce
Awareness - using social media, campaigns and collaborations with partners to highlight the need for upward mobility of marginalised women
