We help homeless and other marginalised individuals through their involvement in construction projects. This includes bring empty properties back into use and providing workshop and on-site training to homeless people. We are also about to embark on our first new build project. These projects give many homeless people a start in the construction industry but can also be of great therapeutic value.
We run a construction skills workshop in Rotherhithe. Over the past ten years we have renovated 5 houses and 15 flats in the London area which were formerly empty but now provide affordable housing for social tenants. Each year between 15 and 20 homeless people pass through our training programme.
