We support young people and families who have experienced trauma by running community led services with a relational and child/family centred approach. 

We are a non-profit organisation which is led by practitioners who have lived experience of trauma and who are committed to supporting the community with create long term solutions. 

Our alterative provision supports young people who face difficulties with mainstream education and focus on building their social, physical, emotional and cognitive development. We join the team around the child and family to support each young person with their needs and help them return to school or access more suitable or specialist provision. 

We run services to tackle violence against women and girls; we run nurturing support groups for women and girls and educational workshops and programmes everyone as we all need to be part of the journey to eradicate violence from our community. 

Our services are a safe space where people are seen as people; we look beyond behaviours and get to the root causes so we are focus on the need of the children and families. The people we work with feel seen, heard and understood. They feel supported and empowered to live the life they truly deserve. 


Alterative provision -  a termly health and well-being programme which includes sports and workshops to focus on the social, physical, emotional and cognitive development of each young person. We work with the team around the child/family in order to support them to achieve their full greatness. 

School programme - EmpowerHer and BeWise are programmes which empower young people, creates space for them to learn about themselves, learn to heal and love themselves. 

Women and Girls Groups - we run nurturing groups which include physical and creative activities which focus on the health and well-being and those we work with. These are targeted services so women and girls are referred from services who support those who have experienced, or are at risk of experiencing, domestic abuse, exploitation or unhealthy relationships.
