The primary objective of our parish is to provide regular public worship open to all with provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation. Pastoral work includes visiting the sick and the bereaved, teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups and taking of religious assemblies in the linked church school.
The mission of the Church is promoted through provision of activities for senior citizens including a 60 strong community choir and weekly yoga sessions as well as parents and toddlers and the parish’s linked scout group. The parish also supports the local community by providing a Warm Shelter and as a contributor to a local food bank as well as other charities in the UK and overseas. Social activities that are open to anybody include Quiz Nights, Flower festivals and Fairs.
