We are here for anyone diagnosed with cancer and the people close to them. We provide immediate in depth and personalised programmes of one to one support for each person, helping them take control and activities to help them live well with and beyond cancer.
We aim to reduce loneliness and isolation through activities such as yoga, dance, support groups and social mornings. We offer the space to talk about what is important to you and to connect with others going through similar experiences.
Our specialist staff and practitioners provide personalised one-to-one support including talking and complementary therapies. We run groups, classes and workshops to improve physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. We give people the tools to live well and make informed choices, including courses and workshops in mindfulness, healthy eating and fatigue.
We are committed to increasing access to cancer support for everyone who needs us.
All our support is offered free of charge.
