Our mission is to transform care for orphans and vulnerable children in Tanzania. The children we work with are the most vulnerable in our community; with their safety and growth being our key priorites. Our child-rights approach influences all that we do. We believe that upholding all children's rights is the key to improving society not just for today but for the future.
We work to provide educational enrichment and opportunities for young Tanzanians to be leaders in their communities own development. We also work to keep orphaned and vulnerable children safe and work on reunifying children in orphanages with their families and preventing the most vulnerable children from harm. We work on preventative approaches to helping vulnerable children.
Our goal is that children get to use their potential to make an impact and to fight child poverty. We aim to be a model for children’s rights and welfare based on international best practice and studies from leading organisations such as Child to Child, UNICEF, Save the Children, Lumos and Street Child Consortium.
