Outreach encapsulates a group of organisations: Outreach Homes, providing semi-independent accommodation for care leavers aged 16-24, and Outreach Community CIC, a new non-profit initiative focused on delivering supportive programmes for vulnerable youth in East London. Our mission is to provide Safety, Stability and Success for young people, widening their opportunities and helping them to reach their full potential.
We have delivered focus groups for young people, in order to grasp a better understanding of their needs and what initiatives are needed to improve opportunities.
