We are a sheltered housing scheme providing 61 units of accommodation to rent for those over 60 years old. We offer flats to those in need with a connection to the local area. The original buidings were constructed as part of the plan for Hampstead Garden Suburb in 1905  and were rebuilt in the 1970s. Our tenants have a local connection allowing them to life a full life in a secure, sheltered environment.
