Objectives

We work with some of Bristol’s most marginalised women, supporting them to move from crisis and trauma to independence in the community. Wherever they are in their journeys, we give love and practical support, without judgement or expectation.

From May 2022 – April 2023, we provided vital services for 271 women. Of the women we supported:

  • 165 were safer
  • 29 exited street sex work
  • 135 were connected to the specialist services they needed
  • 81 developed life skills and independence

Activities

One25 supports women in Bristol who are street sex working, have previously street sex worked, or are thinking about street sex work. They offer three main services:

The night outreach van goes out to women street sex-working every night, providing food, condoms, clean needles, and a safe space to report violence or just have a chat.

The One25 Health Hub is available to visit on Monday-Wednesday afternoons at The Grosvenor Centre, where women can see a GP, sexual health nurse, or substitute prescribing nurse. Women can also come along for a listening ear or to access takeaway food and clothes from this space.

One25 have a range of specialised caseworkers who can provide one-to-one intensive support around housing, addiction, domestic and sexual violence, and mental health.
