Objectives

OMG Education is dedicated to empowering and supporting disadvantaged young people, particularly those from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds, in realising their full potential and leading successful, fulfilling lives. Our organisation addresses a range of challenges faced by these individuals, including issues related to education, employment, mental health, substance misuse, and involvement in criminal activities.

We provide a comprehensive set of services to achieve our mission, including mentoring, study programmes, employment skills, and personal development workshops. Our multifaceted approach aims to address the unique barriers that hinder the progress of young people, ensuring they have access to educational opportunities, meaningful employment, and the necessary support to overcome personal challenges.

The impact of our work is significant and far-reaching. By offering tailored programs, we strive to reduce the disadvantages faced by our beneficiaries, protect their rights, and help them confront life's challenges with resilience. Through our efforts, we aim to contribute to increased educational attainment, decreased involvement in criminal activities, improved mental well-being, and successful transitions into the workforce.

The importance of our help lies in the transformative effect it has on the lives of young individuals who may face systemic barriers and societal challenges. By providing them with the tools, guidance, and opportunities needed to thrive, OMG Education actively works towards building a more equitable and inclusive society where every young person has the chance to achieve their full potential.

By offering study programmes and Employment Programs such as Ready, Steady Work and SHINE, OMG Education creates avenues for practical skill development, enhancing employability with vocational training and hands-on experiences. Personal development workshops cover essential life skills, contributing to holistic growth. Targeted initiatives, like the GLA Gang Prevention Project, showcase the our adaptability to address specific challenges.
