The Olive Tree is a small local charity that provides care and support for cancer sufferers and their families and carers from the point of diagnosis through treatment and beyond for as long as we are needed. The cornerstone of our provision is in the areas of information, emotional support and complementary therapies.
Our team of dedicated, selfless volunteers provides our wide range of complimentary therapies including acupuncture, aromatherapy, yoga, massage, reiki, pranic healing plus many others. The therapies aim to help people to relax, reduce stress levels, alleviate the side effects of cancer treatments and enhance feelings of well-being. We also have counselling, coaching, support group and social events
