Objectives

At the Old Royal Naval College, we aim to conserve Sir Christopher Wren's architectural masterpiece for present and future generations. We wish to share with all visitors, both from our local community and abroad, its importance and provide them with exciting visiting experiences through guided walks, object handling sessions, learning workshops, events and more.

By conserving this heritage site to the highest of standards for everyone to enjoy, we are building a sense of community with our visitors. 

Activities

Talks from the Painted Hall, 45 minute Guided Walks, Temporary Exhibitions, Concerts, Object handling sessions, Fundraising, Chapel Services, Storytelling and Historic Interpretation, School Workshops for Primary and Secondary Schools. Resources for teachers for self-guided visits, Painted Hall Conservation Project.
