We run a range of innovative and specialised projects that aim to support people to move forward and overcome challenges on their journey towards independence and create aspiration. We make it our business to provide a home, a place to belong and network of support to those we serve. • Crisis services e.g. Basis, our homeless drop in centre offering support and services to homeless and vulnerably housed people 
• Supported Accommodation e.g. The Naomi Project for young women is an 8-bed supported accommodation project for homeless young women aged 16-30 in Gateshead
• Employability e.g. Talent Match is a new way to support young people, matching their needs, talent and ambition with the support and positive future they deserve.
• Domestic abuse e.g. DASV (Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence) provides targeted support for men and women in the Gateshead area who have experienced or are experiencing domestic and/or sexual abuse
