We provide vocational training and support through a range of courses and social inclusion activities, enabling adults with mental health problems to gain qualification, skills and experience and be less socially isolated. We work with people in the age range of 16-65 across South West Surrey. We provide vital services to over 250 individuals every week, enabling them to engage, develop an action plan built around their wellbeing which encourages and supports them to progress.
We provide a range of vocational and academic training through IT, upholstery and horticulture, one to one counselling, benefits advice, plus a vast array of social inclusion activities which include, yoga, tai chi, art, mindfulness, confidence courses, literacy and numeracy training, fitness, film nights, etc. we also have a Safe Haven which provides a drop in facility for people in crisis, 365 nights a year from 6-11.
