Nurture Hub Therapy Service C.I.C offers Counselling online and telephone psychological support for up to 12 weeks, free of charge (or low cost if earning over 30K) to parents that have a child with at least one additional need. We know how hard it is for parents and we want to offer something that is helpful, supportive and that will help with parental mental health.
We offer 12 weeks of Counselling and will be offering well being groups that include yoga, mindfulness and exercise for beginners. We hope to allow parents to access support quickly and easily so that they have what they need to thrive. Parental mental heath is significantly neglected, and we know that having a child with a disability or undiagnosed additional need can put an incredible strain on family life.
