Objectives

Nottingham School of Boxing works with young people in the East Midlands who are at risk of criminal activity, gang affiliation, taking drugs and / or had childhood trauma. Our services connect with them through a variety of referral processes to provide a range of services through our holistic model. As a young organisation we are looking to expand our services and connect with individuals that can support with their experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to reach more people.

Activities

Our model of support is a holistic approach based on the unique circumstances of the young person we connect with. Our model uses our brand of mentoring that provides a deeper kind of support. Other activities that we provide depending on the needs is education, counselling, physical activity and employability skills. Also, working closely with a variety of agencies and businesses we work to ensure the young person has opportunities post our work.
