A charity helping to alleviate mental distress and common mental health problems (anxiety, depression, etc) for children & young people and adults.
We know that professional therapy can make a big difference to people's lives, yet still too many people can't get the help they need in a timely fashion.
Our role predominantly involves working with the NHS, local authorities and schools to improve access to therapy, reduce waiting times, and bring down barriers to services.
Each year we help around 2,500 people in Leeds, York, and Calderdale make use of professional support to consider their personal situation, assess their choices, and take positive steps forward in their lives.
We run a number of services for NHS patients, vulnerable pupils, parents of under 5s, and private clients.
