NCL is a small volunteer run library recently set up in West London, and supports the local community by offering both a library service and a wide range of virtual services to help alleviate loneliness (particularly during the pandemic).
NCL offers a lending library service in conjunction with the London Borough of Ealing, and a range of other services aimed at supporting the local community in relation to education and literacy.
