Objectives

We help people in our community to build connections with each other and their environment, tackling social isolation and improving well being. We offer a relaxed, welcoming environment to all but we find that families, people suffering from health problems and those with learning difficulties benefit particularly from spending time in the garden. We also offer educational opportunities - a chance to learn about the environment and about growing food.

Activities

We are a community garden based in North Hull Estate offering the opportunity for people of all ages to grow salads, herbs, veg. and take part in the general maintenance of the wildlife area. We encourage all to contribute to this project. As well as gardening we hold various activities for children and their families. These include arts/crafts and fun days.
