Objectives

The North York Moors Association (NYMA) is a small charity dedicated to protecting and improving the North York Moors National Park. We are a membership organisation and carry out projects to safeguard the landscapes, biodiversity, and cultural heritage of the Moors and to educate people about them. l 

Activities

Publishes a quarterly magazine 'Voice of the Moors', organises walks and other events, collaborates with other local organisations, campaigns against issues that might damage the national park or for issues that should improve it, makes small grants to community groups.
