Objectives

North Warwickshire Citizens Advice (NWCA) provides impartial, independent and free advice and advocacy services for people living and working in North Warwickshire and surrounding areas.

Activities

NWCA helps clients with issues such as: relationship breakdown; financial hardship; low income; benefits; debt; housing; illness and disability; employment; legal issues. NWCA is the sole provider of AQS quality marked advice in the district. NWCA also recruit and train volunteers to carry out casework with clients. Our volunteers go through accredited, nationally recognised training. NWCA research and campaign on issues affecting clients, and contribute towards the development of the third sector in North Warwickshire and the county as a whole.
