We are a small charity going through rapid change. The core of what we do remains but the reach will increase along with the funds made available to us. We recognise the need for additional support and expertise around HR and financial matters to support us through this time of growth. We support individuals and or their carers of all ages, who live with Long Term Conditions (LTC's) and disabilities in North Lanarkshire.  We offer information and advice community supports, welfare rights, practical supports such as form filling, applying for grants and attending groups, activities and or appointments. Our aim is for people to be able to access what matters to them to keep them as independent as possible, helping to build their confidence and ensuring they know their rights.

We offer support in a range of ways such as 1to1, groups, drop ins, utilising social media and other online platforms. Holding events and groups aimed at informing, sharing and supporting good physical and mental wellbeing. Working collaboratively throughout North Lanarkshire promoting the services and building connections for individuals and their carers living with LTC's and disabilities ensuring the information is up to date and helpful to those we support.
