We provide direct help and support to anyone over the age of 16 who has experienced or witnessed, domestic or sexual abuse.
We facilitate the necessary mental and behavioural changes required to empower survivors to move forward and lead safer more independent lives free from the cycle of abuse, through a range of individual and group options offering counselling, psychoeducation, domestic and sexual abuse awareness programmes and positive psychology coaching. These tools and resources aim to help change behaviour and help to break the cycle of abuse, empowering survivors and perpetrators to overcome barriers and enabling them to move forward in their lives.
We raise awareness throughout the community via presentations, talks and activities helped by community volunteers.. We offer a pathway of support services from 1:1 and group counselling. awareness programmes for both survivors and perpetrators and positive psychology coaching to enable strengths awareness and foster resilience.
