The ethos of NFS is one of providing a mediation service that allows people to find mutually agreed solutions to difficult situations wherever they live or work.
In January 2001 we began a pioneering partnership with Southampton City Council (SCC) to deliver mediation based services to all tenants of SCC.
We now cover all of Hampshire and also deliver services in Berkshire, Dorset and West Sussex working in valued partnerships with local authorities and various different housing organisations.

The development and improvement of the skills of those individuals interested in the mediation and restorative process within all sectors of the community.
The promotion of the understanding and development of conflict resolution/management and restorative measures in all sectors of the community.
The provision of appropriate mediation, restorative and reparation processes for all those that have been harmed and who would like to be involved.
